[Actual vehicle guide]
- The E6 series is a Shinkansen train that appeared for the Akita Shinkansen which carries out direct new driving. The same line corresponds to 320 km / h driving, it features a long nose of 13 m, combined with a painting that makes the shape stand out, is an impression with a sense of speed. Starting commercial operation as [Super Komachi] in March 2013 (Heisei 25), in the Shinkansen section it is driving with the E5 series [Hayabusa] connected.

[Overview]
- The E6 series is a vehicle whose manufacturing began as a successor to the E3 series active in the Akita Shinkansen, scheduled to start operating as a "Super Komachi" from March 2013 diamond revision. The maximum speed is scheduled to operate at 300 km / h / h at the beginning of operation, and at the end of next year at 320 km / h. In Tokyo and Morioka, we plan to run a combined operation with the E5 series.
- Starting commercial operation as [Super Komachi] from March 2013, in the Shinkansen section it is possible to run at a maximum speed of 320 km / h. The whole diversity of the Akita Shinkansen has been replaced by the E6 series due to the 2014 diamond revision.
