Product Description

- JNR first and last VVVF inverter controlled car! Series 207 900s !!

[Actual car guide]
- In the 900 series for 207 series, a 10-car train formation was prototyped as a VVVF inverter controlled car for the first commercial operation of JNR.
- From the point that it can compare the performance with the 203 series of the armature chopper control, it was introduced to Joban Gentle Line and was placed in the Matsudo train district after trial running on each line. The test was continued while doing business operation, but there were drawbacks such as a lot of idling at bad weather, production cost did not reach mass production, too. I retired in 2009 to be replaced by E233 series 2000 number. After retirement, Mr. Matsudo - driving was done good by trouble.
