[What is the Seibu Railway 5000 Series Red Arrow? ]
- Seibu Railway is a railway that extends the area from Tokyo's two major terminals Shinjuku and Ikebukuro to the northwestern part of Tokyo and southwest Saitama. In Seibu Railroad, it was 5000 series which was manufactured as a special seats designated expressly for toll seats, and it appeared in line with the opening of the Seibu Shimbun line in 1969 and was familiar with the nickname of [Red Arrow].
