- The most popular luggage car manufactured in mass quantities as a member of a steel body passenger car in Showa 28 ~ 30. Groups remodeled from combined cars such as Ohani and Ohayu of the same steel group later were added, and several variations were born.

- Mani 61 is a form in which the carriage is exchanged for TR 23 in consideration of the main line use (high speed type).
