Product Description

- The JR 201 series was a vehicle that appeared in 1979 as an energy-saving vehicle equipped with the first JNR chopper control and regenerative braking, and was operated in the Keihansin area in the JR West Japan Tube.
- Since 2003, these enrolled cars have been subjected to large-scale renewal aimed at life extension work, and a group called a constitution improving car appeared. Currently he is active mainly in the Osaka Ring and Yamato Routes.
- [ICOCA] is an IC card ticket issued by JR West that has been in operation since 2003, and it is now being introduced by many transport operators in Keihansin.
- From November 2013, in commemoration of the tenth anniversary of the introduction of [ICOCA], the formation was carried out which wrapped Commemorative wrapping 201 series on the Osaka cyclic line.
