[About Kumoni 83]
-The Kumoni 83, which is one of a series of 73 series remodeled mail and luggage car series, was originally manufactured for the 800 series with a low roof for the Chuo East Line, but from 1967 it is a model of this kit. With the addition of the form (83000-), we expanded the line area to Tokaido, Sanyo, and Joshinetsu.
-Formerly the 80 series in the Sanyo area and the 70 series in the Joshinetsu area, the current car was equipped with a changeover switch that can handle control circuits with both new and old performance.
-Depending on the time of production, there are one-type and two-type ones, and there are many variations of the two-type panta cars, etc., with the latter being the one with one pant removed.

[Painting and organization]
-The originally produced 83800 ~ was ska color according to the 115 series of Chuo East Line, but the type of this kit (83000 ~) is all cars 湘 south color (Green No. 2 / yellow orange) regardless of the assignment line For this reason, it was always seen that the Shonan color charge was combined with the 70 series of red / yellow Niigata color in the Niigata area and so on. (Refer to the back of the package below)
-In addition, in Tokaido and Sanyo areas, usually 153, 113, 111 (previously 80) are used in conjunction with one end of the formation, and only Kumoni 83 or Kumouni 74 or Kumouni 82 at the end of the year's baggage transportation busy period. It was also used (the year-end response) to say that it was a triple with an etc.
-There was also an example in which 2-3 pieces of luggage car substitute series 73 (Koha 73, Saha 78) were placed in the middle, with Kumoni 83 placed at both ends of the formation.
