-The Bf109D type was used as the main fighter of the German Air Force until the end of World War II, from the Spanish civil war to the Polish invasion, but soon switched to Bf109E.
-The D-1 was equipped with a Junkers Jumo210Da liquid-cooled engine, and the armament was an MG17 machine gun equipped with two gates on the top of the nose and in the wing.
-D-1 was exported to Hungary, Spain, and Switzerland. In contrast, a large bulge was required for cowling before the windshield.
-The kit comes with new injection parts to recreate the features of this Swiss machine.
-This kit comes with etched parts and paint mask seal.
-Decals are Spanish Civil War: Condor Corps affiliation machine, Swiss military aircraft, 1 Hungarian military aircraft and 1 Luftbuff.
-When completed, the total length is about 178mm and the total width is about 205mm.
