-Series 211 is a DC suburban train with stainless steel body that appeared in 1985 during the JNR era. Many of the 5000 series appeared as an all-long seat and no toilet specification as a rush countermeasure in Nagoya and Shizuoka metropolitan area.
-Long-distance operation increased with the expansion of the service area, and the 5300 series with a toilet installed in the Kuha 210 type appeared.
-K organization is an organization belonging to the JR Tokai Shrine fleet, and is active at the Nagoya exit of the Chuo Main Line and Kansai Main Line.
