--Started in 2020, pay-seat-designated train [TH Liner] 70090 series that goes directly to the Hibiya Line

-The Tobu 70090 type is a vehicle manufactured to convert part of the trains that directly connect to the Tobu Skytree Line and Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line to designated seat trains (TH liners).
-The interior has a structure that allows conversion of cross seats and long seats. When operating as a seat-designated train (TH liner), it becomes a cross seat, and at other times it becomes a long seat.
-From June 2020, 4 trains will be manufactured, which will be operated as a TH liner between Ebisu / Kasumigaseki (Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line) and Kuki (Tobu Isesaki Line).
-Performance is the same vehicle as 70000 series.

-Equipped with coreless motor power unit with flywheel (No30965 ・ 30966)
