[Actual vehicle guide]
--December 1910 (Meiji 43) Manufactured and operated in Narita City, Chiba Prefecture.
--Moved to Hakodate in 1918 (Taisho 7) and operated until 1936 (Showa 11). Actively remodeled into a Sasara type snowplow.
--1992 (1992) Restored to its original appearance in the 70th anniversary of the Hakodate municipal organization. The bogie is made by Brill, Inc. of the United States during the Sasara train era.
--Since August 1993 (Heisei 5), it has been in operation as [Hakodate Hikara 號].

[Commercialization features]
