――The 10.5cm assault howitzer 42 (StuH 42) is a vehicle in which the main gun of the III assault gun is replaced with a 10.5cm howitzer for anti-pillbox attack. The formal number is Sd.Kfz.142/2.
--The muzzle brake was installed on the initial model, but it has not been installed since the production model at the end of 1944.
