- The VVA-14 is an aircraft that was researched and developed as an amphibious aircraft capable of vertical takeoff and landing in the Soviet Union in the 1970s.
- The aircraft was capable of vertical take-off from water and land, and was designed to fly at high altitudes like a normal aircraft, or to glide over the surface of the sea due to ground effect.
- The VVA-14 was designed by Italian asylum engineer Roberto Bartini in response to the US Navy's introduction of Polaris missiles on submarines for nuclear deterrence.
- The aircraft was equipped with floats for landing on water, which were later replaced with inflatable floats.

- The new product MDV72041 is a three-dimensional prototype with an inflatable float by adding new mold parts.
