- We will commercialize commercial buildings used as office buildings and 3-story tenant buildings often seen in commercial areas as colored kits.
- You can reproduce the townscape by combining pre-colored shops, pre-colored houses, business buildings, etc. The product is based on the image of a unique commercial building that was built many times from the 1960s to the 1980s.
- Even now, it can be seen that many shops and companies in the industry that have been restored and renovated to reflect the times are using it.

[Colored commercial building 3F (4 buildings included) specification]
- You can assemble four 3-story commercial buildings with one set of this product.
-In addition to the commercial building itself, a side signboard, tent, rooftop structure (chimney/fence/elevator machine room/cooling tower/high water tank), duct, and telephone box are included.
- The molding color of the building and attached parts (excluding the front entrance) is ivory (GM color 21 similar to ivory).
- 4 types of designs (mortar finish, brickwork, steel panel, tile decoration) are printed on the front of the building.
* The design is different from No.2611 colored commercial building 3F.
- All entrances on the first floor are inset-type glass parts, molded in gray smoke.
- For the window glass, cut out the included transparent PVC plate according to each size and paste it from the back.
- Two stickers are included (existing stickers).
- You can create a commercial building with various specifications by combining your favorite accessory parts and stickers for the building.
-You can recreate the shopping district by arranging the separately sold business building (5 floors for basic, 4 floors for expansion) and various shops.
