- The Kobe Electric Railway 2000 series is a vehicle that was introduced in 1991 when the Koentoshi Line opened. It uses a large asymmetrical curved glass front panel, and is the first Kobe Electric Railway vehicle to have a skirt. There are 3-car and 4-car formations, and the 3-car formation was equipped with one-man support from the beginning, while the 4-car formation was undergoing preparatory work. Currently, all trains are operated by one-man service and are operated on each line of Kobe Electric Railway.
