Product Description

-- A wrapped train designed to resemble the Shinkansen bullet train that connects at Shin-Yokohama

- The Tokyu Corporation 3020 series is a train manufactured for the Meguro Line in the fall of 2019.
- It has the same appearance and performance as the 2020 series for the Denentoshi Line and the 6020 series for the Oimachi Line, and is painted in light blue.
- Ahead of the opening of the Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line in March 2023, Meguro Line trains will be gradually converted from 6-car formations to 8-car formations, and two intermediate cars will be added to the 3020 series from April 2022.
- To commemorate the first anniversary of the opening of the Sotetsu and Tokyu Shin-Yokohama lines in April 2024, the train will be wrapped in a Shinkansen design as part of Tokyu Corporation's "enjoy WEST" promotion, with the catchphrase "Enjoy Western Japan from Shin-Yokohama."
