[About the actual car]
- One of the half-tracks deployed and used by the German army during WWII was the Sd.Kfz.251.
- The Sd.Kfz.251 is an armored personnel carrier developed based on a 3t half-track, and in addition to the basic armored personnel carrier type, many derivative types have been produced.
- One of these vehicles is equipped with a rocket launcher on the side of the vehicle.
- The Wulffram 40, a rocket launcher capable of firing 28cm grenades and 32cm incendiary rocket shells, was developed in the late 1940s.
- The rockets have a maximum range of 1,900m for the 28cm grenade and 2,200m for the 32cm incendiary grenade, and are mounted in a box-type launcher.
- The Sd.Kfz.251 had the same interior as the previous model, but was fitted with pipe frames on both sides of the vehicle, allowing it to carry six launchers.
- They were mainly deployed to armored engineer companies, where they proved their worth.

[About the model]
- The model is a 1/35 scale plastic model assembly kit that reproduces the armored personnel carrier, Sd.Kfz.251 equipped with a rocket launcher and Wulframen 40.
- The vehicle is a Sd.kfz251 Ausf.C, and not only is the complex shape of the exterior of the vehicle reproduced in detail, but the open-top fighting compartment as well.
- The undercarriage uses EZ tracks, with pre-cut tracks for ease of assembly.
- The details are also intricately rendered, including the sprocket wheels and road wheels, for a realistic feel.
- The highlight of the model is the rocket launcher mounted on the side of the vehicle.
- Detailed modeling of the frame surrounding the vehicle body, the launcher that stores the rockets, and the stand on which the launcher is attached.
- The launcher mounting angle can be selected. Two types of launchers are also available.
- The launcher comes with two types of rockets: 28cm and 32cm.
