- The first locomotive model from Popondetta. The first model is the HD300.

[HD300 Hybrid Locomotive]
- Developed as a countermeasure to the aging of the conventional DE10 type diesel locomotives, it is designed with the concept of an environmentally friendly, clean locomotive that adopts a hybrid system that combines a diesel generator and lithium-ion batteries.
- Manufacturing began in 2010, with mass production aircraft being put into operation in 2012.
- They are used as shunting locomotives at major freight stations from Hokkaido to Kyushu.

[Product Contents]
- Just like the real thing, each product is made with different summer and winter specifications.
- Product numbers 3001, 3002, 3004, and 3006 do not have the JRF logo.
- Product number 3006 reproduces the windshield for cold climates, just like the real vehicle.
*The shape of the side vents differs between summer and winter models.
