- Enjoy upgrading your town development with this structure that spreads out from the station front.
- It allows for a wide variety of layouts for a wide range of uses, bringing out the best in your layout.
- You can also use the included stickers to recreate the fine details and realistic appearance.

- New color variations for business buildings, essential for recreating realistic scenes in Geotown Unitram, from in front of train stations to downtown areas
- A six-story square-type business building with a narrow frontage and deep interior, commonly seen in urban areas
- Realistic reproduction of fine details such as piping, electrical wiring, and ducts on the sides and back, and equipment on the roof
- Two types of business buildings with different expressions on the front can be recreated with two types of stores on the first floor by selecting from the included stickers
- By constructing the two floors as a block, it is possible to increase or decrease the number of floors (some areas require modification)
- Includes a protruding signboard (separate part) and special stickers, essential for adding detail.
- Base size: W62mm x D81mm, total height: 162mm, conforms to the specifications of the layout systems [Geotown] and [Unitram]
