[Product Introduction]
The HB-E300 series [Resort Shirakami] (Beech formation) is equipped with large windows, an observation space, and an event space, just like the previously introduced [Aoike formation], and is used as a tourist train on the Gono Line. It is also characterized by being an eco-friendly vehicle that is compatible with the natural environment, thanks to its hybrid system powered by both an engine and a motor. It was introduced in 2016, and unlike previous vehicles of the same type, it has LED headlights and two HID lights. Its most distinctive feature is its beautiful body designed with the gradation of beech trees, and it is equipped with large fixed windows with a good view, rotating reclining seats, semi-private box seats, an observation room, an event space, and a unique appearance with a storage device and original air reservoir installed on the roof alongside the air conditioning unit.
We will be reproducing the Resort Shirakami (Kurehachi formation), a tourist train that runs between Akita and Aomori stations via the Gono Line and is characterized by its body design featuring the gradation of beech trees.
Starting with this product, we will be using a slotless motor for power. Also, the body color will be more closely recreated to match the actual car. As a result, the product number, price, and JAN code will be changed.

[Product Features]
The train body is designed with the beautiful gradation of beech trees, as symbolized by the name "Buna" (beech) formation.
Head/tail lights are on. The HID lights (white) around the headlights are two lights, which is different from the Aoike formation. All three lights are on, just like the real train.
The front end of the leading car is reproduced with a dummy coupler and covered coupler. The color is reproduced in dark gray, just like the actual car.
The seats inside the car are reproduced in brown.
The "ORAHO Counter" inside Car No. 3 has been recreated. The window is blocked by the wall of the counter.
The body color has been changed to a tone that is closer to the actual car.
Slotless motor provides smooth and quiet running
The side display is printed with [All cars designated/Resort Shirakami]
Reproduces the mechanical rooftop cooler, ventilator, whistle, antenna, power storage device, main air reservoir, exhaust pipe and underfloor equipment.
