This is a 1/72 scale plastic model assembly kit that reproduces the French fighter plane, the Mirage 2000.

[About the actual machine]
The Mirage 2000 is a fourth-generation multirole aircraft developed by the French company Dassault and has been in operation since the 1980s.
The Mirage 2000, widely known as the epitome of French jet fighter aircraft and said to be the final evolution of the well-known Mirage series, was developed in response to a request from the French Air Force for an interceptor fighter, and the first model made its maiden flight in 1978.
It uses the Mirage's traditional tailless delta wing.
The aircraft was made using many composite materials to reduce weight, and the control system was a fly-by-wire, incorporating the latest technology at the time to deliver high performance.
Since then, various types have appeared.
One of these is the Mirage 2000D, which began being deployed to units in 1993. It is a type of fighter-bomber that was developed by removing the nuclear attack capability from the 2000N, a long-range penetrating aircraft with a nuclear attack capability.

The refueling probe mounted in front of the cockpit is also faithfully modeled.
In addition, the leg parts, such as the leg pillars and leg covers, are also finely crafted for a delicate finish.
