This pre-painted kit is based on a small three-story commercial building with a restaurant on the first floor, a type of building that is commonly found in front of train stations and in busy areas.
Katsuya is a chain restaurant that serves mainly fried foods such as pork cutlets and katsudon, with the catchphrase "crispy, tender, and filling."
Since opening its first store in 1998, the company has expanded to all 46 prefectures in Japan, and has stores overseas in Hong Kong, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, China, and the Philippines.

The fourth in a series of kits based on real restaurants
You can create two buildings in total: one commercial building with an actual store of the product name, and one commercial building that can be created by selecting the building facade shape and included stickers.

[Product Specifications]
- The front part of the building is pre-painted (molded in white).
Paint color/Katsuya: GM color (4) Cream No. 4 equivalent
・The side walls, back, base, and roof are molded in dark gray.
・The glass parts on the first floor are silk screen printed (silver) on PVC boards to represent the sashes, doors, and pipe shutters.
- 3 stickers included
Sticker A: Includes restaurant front signs, side signs, menu signs, product posters, in-store scenery, etc. (newly produced)
Sticker B: Includes common blinds, air conditioner outdoor units, firefighting equipment, cornerstone boards, mailboxes, automatic door switches, security device displays, door phones, etc.
*In addition to the three types of stickers mentioned above, one sticker sheet containing signs, in-store scenes, in-store posters, etc. from six different businesses is included.
