Product Description

The Tri-Turbo 3 is a turboprop aircraft modified by the American Conroy Aircraft based on the DC-3.
Conroy Aircraft has designed a variety of modified aircraft since the 1960s, one of which was the Turbo 3, equipped with two Rolls-Royce Dart engines, completed in 1969.
The aircraft's engines were then changed to Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A engines, and an additional engine was added to the nose, resulting in the Tri-Turbo III, a three-engine transport aircraft suitable for long distances and unpaved runways, completed in 1977.
The Tri-Turbo 3 was primarily used in polar regions, and in 1983 it was used by the Seven Summits Expedition when they attempted to climb Vinson Massif in Antarctica.
The kit we are introducing this time recreates the Tri-Turbo 3 using new molded parts.
The kit comes with newly molded snow ski parts, a paint mask sticker, and two types of Cartograf decals.
When completed, the total length will be approximately 325mm and the total width will be approximately 402mm.
