It can be used in a variety of scenes, such as a row of townhouses along a highway, or as a single-family farmhouse depending on the diorama settings.
This pre-painted structure allows you to easily recreate local scenes, and is recommended for creating dioramas together with period-related figures, or as a building that forms part of the streetscape along the line, matching the theme of the Unitram.

The Geotown Local Structure Series is a collection of N-gauge scale buildings that decorate the streets of the Showa era, which coincides with the era of railways.
It is suitable for a wide range of purposes, including dioramas that explore historical settings and the recreation of attractive cityscapes in various locations where retro architecture remains.

This is a pre-painted, finished product that complies with Geotown and Unitram standards, and by using it in conjunction with road plates and track plates, anyone can easily create realistic city dioramas and floor layouts.

Three types of wooden townhouses with beautiful and sophisticated designs, decorated with black bengara (red bengara), burnt cedar, tar, etc. depending on the region, are available.
