The M-ATV (MRAP All Terrain Vehicle) is a 4x4 wheel drive mine-resistant/ambush protected armored vehicle developed in the United States.
This vehicle is a Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) All Terrain Vehicle (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected) designed to replace armored Humvees such as the M1114 and M1151, while providing the same level of protection as the larger, heavier MRAPs, and offering greater mobility.
The M1245 is an evolution of the U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM).
