[About the actual car]
BMW has a glorious history in touring car racing, and the flagship machine that was active from the 1990s to the 2000s was the codename E46 model.
It was developed based on the fourth-generation BMW 3 Series that was released in 1999, and has been entrusted to many teams participating in touring car races around the world.
While most base vehicles for touring car racing are moving to a front-engine, front-wheel drive (FF) format, BMW is sticking to the front-engine, rear-wheel drive (FR) format.
It has gained the trust of drivers and teams who seek different handling characteristics than FF.
The Carly Motors BMW E46 competed in the Dutch national touring car championship, the DTCC, from 1999 to 2003, and won the championship in 2001 with Tom Coronel at the wheel.

[About the model]
This is a 1/24 scale plastic model assembly kit of the BMW 320i E46, the car driven by Tom Coronel to victory in the 2001 Dutch Touring Car Championship (DTCC).
- The simple and basic body style is realistically modeled.
This kit includes decals that recreate the color scheme of the German Schuberth Motorsport car that competed in the 2001 Macau Guia Race and the DTC German Touring Car Cup, with Montan Wax, a long-established German car wax manufacturer, as its main sponsor.
- This set includes two car models: the number 8 from the 2001 Macau Guia Race and the number 44 from the DTC German Touring Car Cup. You can choose the finish you want.
-Detailed reproductions include the Oschersleben course map on the roof and the spark plug illustrations on the doors.
-Of course, the kit's interior and underside of the chassis are also highly detailed.
