--The early 1000 series model of the EF65, a versatile machine in the DC area, featuring front ventilation openings and internally fitted taillights, is making its first appearance in a long time.

[Product Introduction]
The EF65 1000 series is a general-purpose DC electric locomotive designed for flat tracks, with multiple unit control and operation in cold climates in mind.
It was capable of pulling both passenger and freight trains, and was used for a wide range of purposes, from local trains to blue trains, and from general freight to high-speed freight.

This locomotive was widely used from Kanto to Sanyo, and can be enjoyed in combination with the various passenger and freight cars that were in service at the same time.
It is also recommended to combine it with the 5281/5283/5284 Oha14/SuhaFu14/OhaFu15 JNR specifications, which will be released at the same time, to recreate the express trains of the past.

*Starting with this product, the power source will be changed to a slotless motor. Accordingly, the product number, price, and JAN code will change.

[Product features]
1023 to 1039 units manufactured with specifications from the time of new manufacture to around 1987 (Showa 62)
Reproduces the form with inner fitting taillights, front ventilation openings, and narrow step width at the bottom of the through door.
The roof has no fan cover and reproduces the appearance of a low running board. The roof color is blue, the signal flare is gray, and the whistle cover is blue.
The vertical bars of the front window and the wiper are silver, and the H-rubbers in various places are gray.
The skirt reproduces the form with KE59 jumper plug.
Beautifully reproduced body color consisting of blue No. 15 and cream No. 1
The front handrail and release lever (black) are reproduced as separate parts. Both are already attached.
