[About the actual car]
The SIG33 III self-propelled gun is an assault gun that mounts a 15cm heavy infantry gun on the chassis of a StuG III.
This was one of the vehicles developed and equipped by the German army during World War II, and 24 units were produced by Alkett in 1942.
The hull was based on the Sturmgeschütz III Ausf. E and F/8, with a large, fixed fighting compartment mounted on top.
The main gun was a 15cm sIG33 heavy infantry gun.
Development of this infantry gun began in 1927 and it was standardized in 1933.
Production was primarily handled by Rheinmetall, with approximately 4,600 units produced by the end of the war.
It was possible to use high explosive shells, shaped charge smoke bombs, and blast rounds.
Self-propelled guns were developed that mounted this weapon on various vehicles, one of which was the sIG-33III self-propelled gun, which participated in the Battle of Stalingrad and continued fighting until the end of the war.

The fighting compartment, built on top of the Sturmgeschütz III chassis, is made up of parts made using the latest precision 3D printing technology.

The hull of the Panzer III is reproduced down to the undercarriage. The tracks use Neo Track, which is easy to assemble with some parts being one-piece and others being linked.
