This model recreates the features found in late-production Spitfire Mk.Ia models manufactured immediately before and during the Battle of Britain.
The cockpit door and canopy can be opened or closed.
The kit includes high-quality Cartograf decals featuring markings for the aircraft of ace pilots Richard Hillary and George "Grumpy" Unwin, who were active during the height of the Battle of Britain, as well as one other pilot.
