Product Description
[About the actual vehicle]
Land Rover is a British brand that enjoys worldwide popularity as a four-wheel-drive off-roader.
It has earned high praise for its tough body, excellent off-road capabilities, and superior ride comfort.
Its history began with Rover, a British automobile manufacturer founded in 1901.
Following the success of American small four-wheel drive vehicles in World War II, development of four-wheel drive vehicles began.
The Land Rover was introduced in 1948.
Starting with Series I and continuing through to Series III, the basic style remained unchanged, and production continued until 1985, making it a representative British four-wheel-drive vehicle.
It is used and plays an active role not only in civilian applications but also in military applications.
[About the model]
This is a 1/35 scale plastic model assembly kit of the Land Rover, a representative British four-wheel drive vehicle.
・The station wagon type with a hardtop is reproduced, and I'm looking forward to the reproduction of the interior, including the driver's seat.
The underside of the chassis features a detailed model of the 4WD mechanism and suspension leaf springs, resulting in a highly mechanical finish.
The body features a distinctive design with headlights positioned towards the center, as well as a body design composed of flat surfaces, all reproduced with fine detail.
This model replicates the fire truck specifications of Brush Electrical, a company based in Loughborough, Leicestershire, England.
The model accurately replicates the ladder and rotating beacon mounted on the roof, as well as reproducing markings such as the company's logo.
This kit is a must-have not only for military enthusiasts but also for car model fans.
