Product Description
The HO scale Kiha 58 is back with LED headlights! Available as a standalone unit, making it easy to add to your existing train set. Starter sets are also available!
[Product Introduction]
- The Kiha 58 series, which defined an era in the 1960s, primarily operating as express trains on non-electrified sections, is now available as an HO starter set.
- This train consists of a two-car formation of KiHa 58 and KiHa 28, allowing you to immediately enjoy operating in a short formation.
- This set is perfect for those who have always wanted to try HO scale model trains but couldn't find an easy-to-use set. It's a 3-piece set including a train, tracks, and a controller, so you can start playing right away.
- This starter set is recommended for those who are just starting out with HO gauge model trains.
- For recreating your preferred train formation, combining it with the 1-601-1 to 1-605-1 (HO) Kiha 58 series models, which are scheduled for simultaneous re-release, is ideal.
- Starting with this product, the light unit has been changed to LED, allowing you to enjoy more realistic-looking headlights/taillights and front display illumination.
- Consequently, the product number, price, and JAN code will change.
- There are no other changes from the previous product in terms of specifications.
[Product features]
- The KiHa 58 series models have the same product configuration as the individual 1-601-1 KiHa 58 (M) and 1-604-1 KiHa 28 models, and feature LED light units. The car numbers are pre-printed.
- The set includes a high-output (2.1A) Power Pack Standard SX (black) and an HO-scale AC adapter, which can handle longer train formations. This allows for stable operation from slow to high speeds.
- Features HO Unitrack tracks, which offer a realistic appearance, stable running performance, and high durability.
Track set contents: Straight track S246 x 6, feeder track S246F x 1, straight track S123 x 1, rerailer track S123RE x 1, curved track R610-22.5° x 16
