So today I'll be mixing it up with some model kits!

is actually famed Ghibli director Hayao Miyazaki's first work, and has many fans - like me!
It's full of memorable scenes and memorable quotes!

This is the first - Lupin and Jigen looking at the map and making their plan.
That sausage Jigen's cooking up looks mighty tasty...
Seeing the sausage flipped up in the air is making me hungry. I'd want to paint this with some slight charring for that realistic look.
Being able to paint it how you want is one of the great things about plastic models.
It looks like it'd be a good idea to plant some (plastic) trees around them, from model train diorama parts or something.
* Lupin III and Clarisse
Yes! It's THAT scene!!!
It was so nice how Lupin's kindness makes Clarisse smile!
Recreating your favorite scenes by your own hands... Sounds kind of amazing, doesn't it?
* Lupin III and Fiat Good Bye
I can hear Lupin's voice in my head, saying good bye.
Lupin hopping in the Fiat, pushing aside his feelings for Clarisse... It's so bittersweet how he smiles and waves goodbye.
And after this scene is the classic quote!
And this is kind of unrelated, but I love the illustrations on the instructions.
The way they're hand-drawn makes me all warm and fuzzy inside.

Revoltech Lupin is coming in mid October and Revoltech Jigen in November, making the following months exciting for Lupin fans!
Use the bullet effect parts for escape scenes like this!
It's amazing how the unique Lupin-style body lines are maintained no matter how you move them.
Jigen, you're too cool!
I wonder if Goemon and Fujiko are coming next. It's going to be interesting to see how they do Goemon's hakama pants!
And to wrap up, I found something that was sold out but incredibly awesome.
The Castle of Cagliostro!
Its height: 580mm!
It's huge! I must have it!
This castle is massive, but so is its price tag. It's going to take a bit of courage to buy something like this.
You could put Lupin on the rooftops, the count between the clock hands, the possibilities are endless!
The midnight version is awesome too! I really wish they weren't sold out.
If you don't buy what you want when you want it, it might never be available again.
It's better to regret buying it than to regret not! At least I think so.
(But don't go broke!)
