To clarify, I was referring to Jun's post (1). If that is the representative
work that Shining Wizard based his sculpt of, assuming that it really
was him that did this (GSC Kahotan's blog did confirm this, but she didn't
interview him, she interviewed Risa Ebata) then this just proves he is
unable to handle more delicate sculpts, and the commission should've
gone to chieri instead (Miku Tony version, Racing Miku 2011)

Especially with the work prior to this, KC Yamato Kai, the expressions of
his figures aren't generally awesome, but they're never this bad. Do we have
the actual Risa Ebata art that the figure is based on? The above is example
does not appear to be the one, just an example of similar works.

Locally, ecchi figures are a toss up in pricing. If they ever hit the bargain bin, they're usually quite obscure, from an unknown manufacturer, and past its prime. I recently stumbled on this one along with other Skytubes and the price has not budged from ~$150.

These stay hot for a while and after years will remain warm and attract dudes who will dish out that kind of money. Whilst, vanilla figures from every and any anime fall out of favor a year or two after its initial release.

I AGREE!!

I wanted a Kanu Unchou figure really bad, ever since the new series started. When I saw this, I was pretty excited but once I saw the figure, I was disappointed.

The hair is too unkempt unlike Kanu's silky smooth ones, body proportions is too exaggerated but also plain (no toned tummy, thighs) and the outfit looks tacked on.

I hope a manufacturer like Alphamax/Skytube picks up Kanu though it's probably unlikely.

Even if it is a 1/4 scale figure, the value isn't the only thing of concern
here, because when a figure gets to be this big, wide areas of nothing
becomes very apparent. Without those beads, your friends will
say, sure it's nice, but looks rather plain and dull.

Great stunning figure. The base looks great as well. My only complaint is fear of her bending she has to hold her wait up only by her left leg that plugs in to the base. If u slide the base she easily rocks. Be very careful as rough movements may knock her over. I'd recommend getting a small piece of hard plastic and slide under her foot as I can easily see her bending in the long run.

And if you're wondering why not, it's because she actually had another figure that is 1/8 and with the column. But it was an japan exclusive along with a number of the other deadly sins. i have a question to anyone who may know more about these figure series. the other figures in the series like Asmodeus -Lust- or Satan - Rage had a rather elaborate column like looking base that came with the figure. the pictures for this figure unfortunately do not show such a base for this figure. does anyone know if this figure also includes a base like the others? thank you in advance for the answers.
