"Noto" is the place name of Ishikawa (The peninsula).
This is the express train which links Kanazawa to Ueno.
This is the night train which does not connect a sleeping carriage.
It is a rare train in current Japan.

The train using bonnet form top car of Series485/489 for regularly is only this.
Even such a meaning is a very rare train.

By the way, "Noto" runs in the middle of the night, but runs as a train called "Home Liner Koga" and "Home Liner Konosu" in the evening.
