- It is a freight car towed by Kanaijima coal mine steam which has already been released. It is a [sand transportation] that carries sand to be filled in the tunnel after coal mining.
- Shape like a two-axis hopper car with a side opening type, some cars were equipped with hand brakes.
- The finished product will be released with two brake sets, one each with brake mechanism.
