Product Description

-The Seibu 6000 series is a vehicle for mutual direct operation between the Seibu Ikebukuro Line and the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line, which appeared in 1992. The Seibu Railway's only stainless steel body was adopted, and it appeared as the first 10-car fixed formation vehicle.
-It has a style not found in Seibu trains up to that time, such as the installation of an emergency through route for subways with a curvilinear leading shape.
-From fiscal 2006, construction work on direct operation with the Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line (starting in June 2008) and the Tokyu Toyoko Line and Yokohama High Speed Rail Minatomirai Line (starting in March 2013) was implemented.
