[Real car guide]
-The 700 series 0th generation belonging to JR Tokai is a vehicle for the Tokaido / Sanyo Shinkansen, and appeared as a replacement for the 0 series and 100 series.
-Commercial operation started in 1999, and 60 were produced by 2004, including mass-produced prototypes
-Aero Stream top shape features new technology, thorough weight reduction, and various noise measures to reduce the environmental load, making the vehicle more economical and comfortable.
-Upon retirement, body decoration was performed on the two fronts and sides of 700 series C53 organization and C54 organization from February 12, 2020
-Tokaido Shinkansen 700 series retired in March 2020
