- The Seibu New 2000 series is a vehicle that appeared in 1988 as an additional vehicle for the 2000 series.
-The appearance has been renewed from the 2000 series that has been introduced so far, and it has become a representative format of Seibu commuter cars that form a large group of 314 cars.
-A variety of formations with 2 cars, 4 cars, 6 cars, and 8 cars are active on the Shinjuku and Ikebukuro lines.
-In recent years, renovation work such as closing the door pocket window, removing part of the ventilator, replacing it with a single arm pantograph, and changing the destination display to full color LED has been applied to some trains and has been active.

-Reproduce the organization with expanded top and bottom dimensions of the front through door window even in the previous term type
