――The appearance has been renewed from the 2000 series that has been introduced so far, and it has become a representative form of Seibu commuter cars that form a large group of 314 cars.
――We have formed a variety of trains with 2 cars, 4 cars, 6 cars, and 8 cars, and are active on the Shinjuku line and Ikebukuro line.
――In recent years, some of the formations have been renewed, such as closing the door pocket window, removing a part of the ventilator, replacing it with a single arm pantograph, and changing the destination display to full-color LED.

--Seibu Shin 2000 type 2451 organization and 2453 organization are commercialized with a painted kit
--Headlights, taillights, and a light unit that lights up the front type / destination display are included.
-In the 2451 formation, the front through door is a small window, and in the 2453 formation, the front through door is a large window.
--Vehicle number and symbol mark (Seibu Railway) are printed
--Front / side type destination display (curtain), priority seats, weakly air-conditioned car, crew room are attached stickers (new production) sticker type
-Comes with a light unit that lights the headlight (bulb color), tail light (red), front type / destination display (white)
