--The Seibu New 2000 series is a vehicle that appeared in 1988 as an additional 2000 series.
――The appearance has been renewed from the 2000 series that has been introduced so far, and it has become a representative form of Seibu commuter cars that form a large group of 314 cars.
――We have formed a variety of trains with 2 cars, 4 cars, 6 cars, and 8 cars, and are active on the Shinjuku line and Ikebukuro line.
――In recent years, some of the formations have been renewed, such as closing the door pocket window, removing a part of the ventilator, replacing it with a single arm pantograph, and changing the destination display to full-color LED.
