- The Tobu 10030 type is a group manufactured after 1988 as a minor change car of the 10000 series.
-The front shape has a design similar to the 8000 series renewed car, and in addition to changing from a corrugated body to a bead press body, the outer plate has a dull finish finish that suppresses the luster of stainless steel, and the bogie is also a bolsterless type.
- There are fixed formations of 2, 4, 6, and 10 cars, and they are operated on the Isesaki Line (Tobu Skytree Line), Tojo Line, and Noda Line (Tobu Urban Park Line) by combining with other trains.
