──Nagoya City Transportation Bureau-Municipal Transportation 100th Anniversary Final Commemoration? -Commercialize the former Higashiyama Line Star 100 vehicle!

- The Nagoya Municipal Subway Higashiyama Line is a third-rail system subway line with a partial above-ground section of about 20.6 km connecting Takahata Station and Fujigaoka Station.
- Nagoya's first subway, which opened in 1957, is active as the main artery of city traffic.
- The 100-type vehicle was a vehicle that supported the Higashiyama Line for nearly 30 years from its opening in 1957 until its retirement in 1988.
- There are a wide variety of formations, and at the time of opening, it was operated as a 2-car formation, but in later years it was operated as a 6-car formation due to the extension of the route and the increase in passengers.
- 40 cars of the 100 type of the leading car, 20 of the 500 type of the middle car were manufactured, and the 700 type of the middle car was also added later, and the variety of formations was attractive.
- The body was painted in a yellow color called Windsor Yellow, and was nicknamed [Yellow Den] at that time.
-From August 2022, yellow electric-wrapped vehicles will be in operation on the Higashiyama Line and the Meijo/Meiko Line.
