- The JR 115 series 1000-series [SETOUCHI TRAIN] is a wrapped train with a design based on the Seto Inland Sea blue, featuring the serene waters and beauty of the Seto Inland Sea's many islands, as part of the [Setouchi Palette Project], which aims to revitalize the region by creating new attractions for the Setouchi area.
- The train that was wrapped was the 115 series D07 train belonging to Okayama Electric Railway Depot (currently the Shimonoseki General Rolling Stock Center Okayama Electric Railway Branch), which had undergone 30N structural improvement work and was in service, and operated mainly on the Sanyo Main Line, Ako Line, Hakubi Line, Uno Line, and Setouchi Ohashi Line (up to Kojima) from March 2019 to August 2023.
- Another notable feature is that in November 2020, the headlights were changed to white LEDs, and the bogies and underfloor equipment were changed to gray.

- Typhoon cover is already installed
- Headlights (white), taillights (red), and front turn signal (white) are on.
- Equipped with a coreless motor power unit with a flywheel (No. 50761)
