- This is a vehicle that was originally a Japan Railway's Hoiro 5220 that was converted into a luggage car at the beginning of the Taisho era.
- Including the Railway Academy basic passenger car and the Naha 22000 series, it was also formed with early riveted steel cars, and some survived as rescue cars until the 1950s in almost the same form.
