Product Description
──Hiroshima Electric Railway's first three-car articulated train, the 3000 series, is back with a new car number!
The Hiroshima Electric Railway 3000 series is Hiroshima Electric Railway's first three-car articulated train, modified from a train used on Nishi-Nippon Railroad's Fukuoka City Line.
When it was first introduced, it was used for direct service to the Miyajima Line.
Later, with the introduction of new vehicles, they were transferred to city lines, but as they became older they were gradually scrapped, and currently only No. 3003 remains in service.
For a long time, No. 3003 was operated as a full-body advertising vehicle, but in 2022 it was repainted in the Miyajima Line direct service color and restored to an appearance reminiscent of its former appearance.
