[Product Introduction]
[Tze-Chiang] is the name given to all reserved-seat express trains on Taiwan Railways.
The PP Tze-Chiang train, operated by the E1000 type electric railcar with centralized power transmission that was introduced in 1996, is a train consisting of a South African-made locomotive (motor car) sandwiched between passenger cars (trailer cars) made in South Korea and Taiwan.The train is operated in push-pull (PP) mode, hence the "PP" in its name.
The train is normally operated with 12 passenger cars, and includes passenger cars that have been updated to meet demand, such as a "parent-child car" that was converted from a former half-room dining car to include free space for parents with children and pregnant women, and a car that has been converted from a car sales preparation room into a nursing room.
Locomotives are currently being replaced with the successor E500 type, and operations using E500 type and passenger passenger cars have begun throughout Taiwan.

We will be producing the PP Ziqiang train, which is made up of the latest electric locomotive E500 type and conventional PP passenger cars.
You can enjoy push-pull operation with electric locomotives attached to both ends of the train even in N gauge.
You can also enjoy it together with various Taiwan Railway EMU3000 products currently on sale.

[Product features]
This product is a product of the recent "PP Ziqiang" train, which has been towed by the E500 type.
The body is a silver car body color with orange around the windows and two red stripes on the waistboard. 40PPP2500 (parent and child car) reproduces the wrapping on the passenger door by printing.
Four types of carriages with different facilities are available. 35PPT1000: Regular passenger car, 35PPH1300: Car with disabled toilet, 35PPC1400: Driver's room and waiting room, 40PPP2500: Parent and child carriage, former dining car
After replacing the side display and passenger doors, installing the PPH/PPP side door open/close indicators, and completing the E500 type connection work, the end face shape is reproduced.
The locomotive side coupling parts of 35PPC1463 and 40PPP2510 are reproduced without the holo attached.
The middle section of the train is equipped with a body-mounted self-coupling coupler, and the locomotive coupling section is equipped with a knuckle coupler as standard. Replacement Arnold couplers are included.
