Two new variations have been added to the Class 800 series. The HT features a navy blue body with a seven-color gradient stripe, while the AWC beautifully reproduces geometric patterns.

[Product Introduction]
- The Class 802 is an improved version of the Class 800, featuring a more powerful diesel engine and a larger fuel tank to enable longer-distance travel on non-electrified sections.
- The Class 802 operated by HT (Hull Trains) is nicknamed "Paragon," and its most distinctive features are its blue body and the seven-color gradient stripe pattern that runs across the entire train.
- KATO's British-style train product line is expanding with new additions.
- We will be producing a model of the Class 802 of HT (Hull Trains), which connects London with the East Coast city of Kingston upon Hull, which is also the name of our company.
- In addition to running the basic 5-car train on its own, we also recommend recreating a 10-car train by coupling two trains together.
*Because parts from the Class 800 are used, there may be some differences in shape from the actual vehicle.

[Product features]
- The 802301 train set, which operates as a Paragon at Hull Trains, will be produced in 1/148 scale, the standard for British N gauge.
- The entire train features a beautifully reproduced band pattern with a seven-color gradient (representing photographs of famous landmarks along the railway line).
- The area around the logo mark behind the driver's cab door features a matte finish that replicates a heart pattern.
- The front side of the train features a reproduction of the train name [Amy Johnson] that was displayed in recent years.
- Reproduces the white line seen around the headlights above the front window of car E.
- The orange pinstripes used to warn of overhead wires, which can be seen above the windows of British railway cars, are also beautifully reproduced.
- Headlights/taillights illuminate (with on/off switch). When the headlights are on, the upper and lower marker lights also illuminate, replicating the illuminated state.
- Smooth and quiet operation achieved by adopting a slotless motor.
- Equipped with a coupling mechanism at the front. Allows for the reproduction of the 10-car formation (5+5 cars) seen in the actual train.
- The intermediate connecting section uses a body-mounted coupler (with hook).
