This is a train mark used for express trains that operated between Tokyo and Osaka from around 1951 to 1958, using Suha 43 and Suha 44 series passenger cars.
It was used on the C62 and EF58 locomotives.
There are differences in the shape of the Sakura mark and letters, as well as variations in color due to painting.
