Product Description

--A reproduction of the EF64 1000 series, which played an active role in pulling the sleeper express trains [Akebono] and [Hokuriku], as it appeared from around 2009 to 2014!

[Vehicle Guide]
The EF64-1000 is a DC electric locomotive designed for use on steep gradient lines, introduced in 1980 to replace older electric locomotives on the Takasaki and Joetsu lines.
The EF64-1000 series locomotives belonging to the Nagaoka Rail Yard were used to haul the sleeper express trains "Akebono" and "Hokuriku".

[Product Features]
- Recreating the appearance of the locomotive from around 2009 to 2014, when it played an active role in pulling the sleeper express trains "Akebono" and "Hokuriku".
- Recreating the appearance where the height of the JR mark on the side of the train car is aligned with the top edge of the windows.
- License plates are included as separate parts: "EF64-1051, 1052, 1053"
- See-through driver's cab
- The H-shaped rubber is reproduced in black.
- The front jumper plug comes in gray.
- Front handrail (vertical) is included as a separate part.
- The headlights are equipped with a constant-on circuit board and an ON/OFF switch.
- The headlights are illuminated by warm white LEDs.
・Includes two "Akebono" headmarks.
- Signal flares and whistles are included as separate parts.
・Includes dummy couplers and self-coupling TN couplers.
- Features a black bogie frame, black wheels, and wheels with plate wheel centers.
- Features a flywheel-equipped motor and uses an M-13 motor.
