--The Kiha 47 series, inherited from Japanese National Railways and currently operated by JR Shikoku, has been newly manufactured to reproduce the JR Shikoku livery!

[Vehicle Guide]
The KiHa 47 series 0-series trains are primarily designed for warmer climates in western Japan and are equipped with two-stage sliding unit windows.
JR Shikoku inherited 19 KiHa 47 series 0-series and 13 KiHa 47 series 1000-series from the Japanese National Railways (JNR), and in 1988, all KiHa 40 series trains were modified to be equipped with air conditioning.
The KiHa 47 series trains were based at the Tokushima and Matsuyama depots, but the trains at the Matsuyama depot were retired by 2016. Currently, some of the 0-series trains remaining at the Tokushima depot are operating alongside the KiHa 40 series (as of July 2026).

- Recreating the Kiha 47 series in JR Shikoku colors.
- A newly manufactured model recreates the appearance with some of the louvers closed and the tablet protection panel removed.
- Recreates the roof equipped with air conditioning equipment.
- Recreating the appearance of the rooftop water tank in a rectangular shape.
- The seats are reproduced in a reddish color.
- The H-shaped rubber is reproduced in black.
- Door sills and door rails are pre-printed.
- The car number is selectable and a transfer sheet is included.
- Jumper cables can be reproduced three-dimensionally using separate parts.
- The typhoon can be selected from four types: shutter type and slit type, each in large and small sizes.
- The front display unit is interchangeable and comes with a pre-printed part [Tokushima] attached. Interchangeable front display parts [Naruto, Takamatsu, Kuwano, Hikita] are included.
- Headlights, taillights, and front display are equipped with a constant lighting circuit board and an ON/OFF switch.
- Headlights, taillights, and front display are illuminated by white LEDs.
- The headlights light up in a color close to that of an incandescent bulb thanks to the use of a color prism.
・TN coupler (SP) is standard equipment
- New current collection system, gray bogie frame, silver wheels adopted
