[Vehicle Guide]
The Wam 1/3500 series was a covered freight car that appeared during the Taisho era. It served as the standard covered freight car for the Ministry of Railways at the time, and many of the same type were also introduced to private railways throughout Japan.
In later years, various modifications were made, such as replacing the doors with steel ones and adding bracing, and the trains continued to operate. However, with the speed increase of freight trains in the 4310 timetable revision, most of the trains were retired.

• A kit-type product that allows you to finish it in your preferred style.
The set includes black molded body, underframe, and coupler parts for three cars, allowing for a finished product without painting.
The body markings are reproduced using transfer sheets, and in addition to the Wam 1 and 3500, the set also includes markings inspired by their older model names, Wam 19780, 23000 (first generation), and 32000.
